What is ACTA?
The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) has become a major topic of discussion when it comes to Internet user rights and intellectual property. It used to be an ultra-secret agreement that virtually nobody knew about until the significant blast of publicity after the documents leaked on various whistle-blower websites, including WikiLeaks.
